Registered associations from the CommunityPay directory (Colorado Secretary of State filings). City is the registered mailing city, so a few entries sit outside it. These rows have no contact details: use Add to leads, then research a phone or email before outreach.

ALERT
Emerald ash borer is in Golden
First confirmed in north Golden (near Hogback Dr. and Hwy 93) in August 2025; the city says all ash trees should be treated as at risk, and CSFS reported EAB in 20+ Front Range cities by Oct 2025. Jefferson County's first case was Arvada in 2020. Lakewood confirmed its first in 2024.
Jeffco's guidance puts treatment in spring to early summer, and the State Forest Service (Oct 2025) says Front Range residents should assume EAB is already in their city. Treatment only works if started early; contractors need a CDA Commercial Applicator license. Check product-specific timing with Jeffco CSU Extension (303-271-6620).
CSU Extension guidance reported for professional emamectin benzoate injections: protection for at least two years, and a rescue option while canopy thinning is limited (roughly 30% or less loss).
Boulder County recommends removing infested ash from September 1 through April 30, when beetles are still under the bark and spread risk is low. Do not move untreated ash wood out of the Front Range.
Several generations can occur each season, mostly on stressed or newly transplanted pines and spruce, and fresh-cut wood attracts them. Drought raises the risk. Good fit for Plant Health Care and Winter Root Fertilization offers.
Only a third-party site says Golden runs its own permitting (building permit line 303-384-8151). No official city tree code was found. Call City Hall (303-384-8000) before quoting removals in the right-of-way, and check HOA covenants for private lots.
